I'm just throwing some ideas out there:
-If you could live forever
-If you had unlimited money
-A classic story with a twist or from another point of view
-Something that changed your life
-Find a picture of a random person and say what you think their life might be like
-"You have a stasis box. About a week after the baby comes home from the hospital--a week of extreme sleep deprivation for both parents--you decide you need a little break. Put the baby in stasis for two days while you recover. Take it out and continue. Gradually, the breaks get longer--babies are a lot of work. You end up with the parents age seventy or so, the child two or three, and..."

Write about what you know, feel, or wonder about.
If you are a writer at heart, imagine a time when the perfect words mattered. Say, if historical fiction, a message that would save a city under seige. Only the young scribe can save the walled city of Ansera that is under seige by the barbarian horde led by ....
Or take it to the present, with a writer on a high school newspaper. he knows that some teachers allowed kids to cheat on an AP test. He has a moral dilemma, and also a lovely girl who wants to make this a crusade.
Words will always matter.... always. Make yours count.
