That word has been around for a while. 2 different meanings.
1) Foxy, as in a sexy looking girl
2) Foxy, as in having an musky, animal like smell.

Foxy has been around since the 60's and it is meant to be sexy and hot female

It's not new, it's OLD (Jimi Hendrix sang "Foxy Lady") meaning "Hot" Older than that, it meant sly or sneaky
