Both are great bands, but Black Sabbath was best with Ozzie and only for their first 5 albums. So I would have to go with AC/DC as the better all around band, hands down.
That's also because they have Whole Lotta Rosie who shoke them all night long, while on their side and they are made of TNT, dynamite.

AC/DC, though Black Sabbath has some great tunes AC/DC has VOLUMES of great tunes.
