I have a friend who used to be my bffl then She switched table and now she doesn't even consider me friend what do i do!

Just stay away from her for a while then she will come back around in time.

Talk to her and tell her how you feel - tell her you would like to be friends. If that doesnt work, then just go on your own way.
If she doesnt come around eventually then she was never a true friend to begin with
so , you go on and meet new people and make ne friends

tell her how u feel and how u wanna be friends again if she's still stubborn move on go and join clubs and get to know new people new people = new freinds!
