Well, spelled that way, I do not like SueZette, so I would pick Susan. I'm not a fan of misspelled names or capital letters plunked in the middle.
But if you spelled it Suzette, I would prefer that over Susan. It sounds fresher.

I like Susan. it more traditional and SueZette kinda reminded me of Crapes Suzette. Plus with Susan you could nickname her Suzie.

Susan and susie for short however I have not heard anyone name their child this for a very long time but then again I named my son David so.....
