First look for it in your add/remove programs and uninstall it if it's there.
If not, I believe that to be an indication of a smitfraud infection.
Superantispyware removes the majority of those, but if Super doesn't stop it, then run the Smitfraudfix.

You need to run a full scan in your computer with an anti-virus or spyware remover. Pop-ups cannot be stopped because they can be renewed by the one who created it, just to minimize the pop-ups, delete your temporary internet files. Go to Start>Control Panel>Internet Options>You will see the browing history wthen you open internet options, click the delete button and then click on the delete all button, wait for a couple of minutes and close the internet options. After that, browse a website and see if there are pop-ups that is coming out. If there are still pop-ups, you need to run a full scan.
