hugo chavez not understanding?

Why wont hugo chavez understand that 9/11 the usa pentigon was under attack, why. why russia is the same. & what would u do, if the pentogon was under attack. hugo chavez not understanding ?

Chavez is a Jerk..however we can't ignore him..we can only keep hoping his countrymen we get fed up and kick him out.

It's that Hugo Chavez is an enemy of the USA, so he does not want the USA to protect itself from attack. Perfectly logical, wouldn't you say?
He understands well enough; but he's against us.
