go to autozone and get a can of sea foam for engine and trans they are 2 different cans made by same company

put it in trans and engine

make certain you dont have a stuck break or wheel bearing in rear.

get a trans flush at like vlavoline or jiffy lube it is expensive but it is worth it most car makers recommend 30,000 to 50,000 miles.

do not over fill your trans more than to add one bottle of sea foam

do not put saw dust in it!

check your trans mounts and motor mounts might of had a premature failure.

dont shift your automatic trans by your self let it shift itself.

start engine and put into fwd and neutral and reverse and have someone stand to side of engine with hood open and see if engine is clanging or drastically rocking
bad mounts
