_what can I do to enlarge using the normal process? I mean, no medication, no surgery, it's all natural process. please help me, I'm 22 y/o and only I have is 4 inches in size.
_If I take medicine or go to surgery, do I need to worry of bad health effects?

Like the rest of us you are stuck (good or bad) with what you're born with; it's genetics. I have never heard of any process, natural or otherwise, that will enlarge the male organ.

Talk to your doctor about this. I don't think there is any real FDA approved medication to help this, and I don't recommend taking those supplements advertised on TV (or that show up in your inbox). If you are 22 and healthy and it functions normally, then I would try not to worry about it. Honestly, a partner will care how you use it, not what it looks like.
