Sounds like you are at the limit of your resources. Your computer may be getting a bit old and tired and unable to keep up with your current demands. So, you need to lighten up its work load.
If this problem is something new, you probably have too many programs running at the same time.
Go to Tasklbar and Start Menu in the Control Panel and shut down all programs that you DO NOT NEED immediately when you boot. Usually you only want security programs running in the background. All other programs should not start automatically, so remove them from the start menu.
This also could be a hardware problem, but I'd check the resources situation first. I think you'll find your system will run much faster and won't shut down as often.

Im going to guess it is Internet Explorer that is causing your problems. Try running with less windows and figuring out what site you are visiting that is causing your troubles. Also, when the "Encountered a problem" box shows up, send the report. It goes directly to the Windows support team and they will either tell the webstie of the problem, or send out a patch via the internet.

FIRST OF ALL:
Calm down! People get annoyed when others use all-caps. It's like shouting.
Second of all, it sounds like you have a serious problem- beyond what can be reasonably taken care of on Yahoo! Answers. You'll have to have a computer repairman come to your computer, diagnose it, and fix it. I'm afraid that it will be very expensive- around $60 and hour. If it's an older computer it may be wiser to buy a new one then to have someone keep coming out and fixing all it's problems. one solution is to use you Windows Recovery Disks (if you have them) and restore your computer to the way it was when you took it out of the box. This in itself is somewhat complicated and you'd best get the help of someone who knows computers. If you don't have the recovery discs, a computer repairman might.
Again please don't use all-caps. I was so annoyed I almost didn't answer.
I hope this helps.

I get that message at times and I figure the machine language of the computer, programming, etc. is so complex, I wouldn't be able to understand what I did wrong. Most times I am able to work around it somehow, but at times I just have to fuggedaboutit.
A thought - if all windows close - it may be you have too many programs open at one time, and memory is clogged to the point where it cannot hold or process another command or save.

YOU NEED ANTI VIRUS SOFTWARE that is up to date with current virus definitions. Run a full system scan in safe mode. If you still get errors, see below.
If windows is giving you an error, read up on the error. Go to Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Event Viewer, and check on your Application and System Logs, they will have more information on the error, and sometimes even the solution in plain english. If you need help with the error codes you see in the event viewer, please post them, and we can help :)

Your computer has a virus or is really old. You need to restart your computer, or fidn out what the virus is. Just get a virus scanner and scan it.
