well, a few nights ago, i told you all about how my fiance of 3 and a half years cheated on me with his ex and that she now has a 5 mo. old daughter saying that it's his. so today, i called her and told her that we would like a dna test and she cursed me out and told me that she was "cool" and would just take care of her baby alone. now this girl cheated on her husband with my fiance and her husbadn took a dna test and was proven NOT the father so she claims that my fiance is the only one she was with...why wont she take a dna? is she hiding something?

She probably realizes what a waste of life and breath you and your fiance are. Calling her was not your business. YOU have no say in anything- DNA, child support, visitation or otherwise. If you choose to stay with him, then you are accepting the fact that he's going to be a father and you won't be the center focus of his life- if you aren't mature enough to deal with that, then give the child a break and leave.
I don't blame her for wanting to raise her baby alone- your "relationship" sounds a little Jerry-Springerish for me.

Could very wellbe shes has something to hide from both you guys and her husband too. Kinda unds like therejust might be a third party involved here and she doesnt want that out for obvious reasons. Shes probably hoping you guys wouldnt contest her on this and get some extra income. A third party would definitely explain why shes getting mad at you and her hesitation on getting the DNA test. Stick to your guns with her

Of course she's lying. I would demand a paternity test. If you don't she can go on govt aid later say your fiance is the father, and most states will come after you for child support. At that time they won't care about the paternity test.

First of all, it was not your role to question her about anything. Your fiance' has admitted that he cheated with this woman and for some reason he has convinced you that the baby may not be his. Deal with him. Regardless of the child's paternity, he violated his agreement with you. There are so many risks involved with what he did. Take care of yourself. Instead of worrying about DNA, get tested for any sexually transmitted diseases that may have been spread.

She may not know who the father is and the father might very well be your finance. I think you should break it off with your finance---what is a bigger red flag than cheating even before you are married? Get rid of him and save yourself a lot of grief in the future--he will not be faithful to you if you marry. Take it from me---you will regret the day you marry this guy.

You didn't say if she was still with her husband, if she they may very well rather not know. And go on with their lives and raise that baby as theirs. It doesn't mean that it isn't your fiances baby. They may not want him around or involved.
