Charlotte Skye sounds better to me. I like Skye as a first name too, just not w/ Charlotte as the middle name.

Love the name it is unique and cute. However, if I were to use those names for my daughter, I would use Charlotte Skye or Skylar Charlotte.

I like both names although maybe not necessarily together or in that order. But it doesn't sound bad together just like maybe in needs some vowels or something. Skyla Charlotte? Skye Carlotta? Skyler Carlotta? Just some suggestions. She could still be called Skye for short.
But if that's what you like, go for it. The middle name isn't used that much after all the baby announcements. Good luck!
