this yellow tint appears after rising in ammonia amount which comes form the secretion and exertion of fishes ( a high buildup of organic matter), specially the gold fish spices... you can use anti ammonia preparations which are sold in fish stores , and also its better to remove some 1/4 to 30% of the aquarium water and add clean moderate temp. water in replace (be aware of that changing water too much may harm fishes, so do it regulary in slow rates and with water temp. close to that in the aquarium) . also you can add a little amount of food salt, just a small spoon which helps to eliminate parasites from the aquarium. also you can add activated carbon to your filter in case you find a bad smell coming out of the aquarium , but dont use any thing that you dont need so the environment of the aquarium stay steady and constant for you fish. what kind of filtration do you use, if it's biological filter you wont have any problems like this ;)
good luck

Do you have driftwood or live plants in your tank? If so, the wood is leaching tannins into the water, or if live plants, some of the lower leaves may be dying and releasing chlorophyll/organic matter into the tank.
If you have neither of these, it may be from accumulating debris (fish poop, uneaten food) in the gravel.
You may also be at the very beginning of an infestation of single-celled algae that that are dispersed through the water.
In any of the cases, increased water changes can help (25% changes once a week at least). Use a gravel vacuum to clean down into the gravel, rather than dip water out of the tank - this method doesn't remove the accumulated wastes which can foul the water.
If you have driftwood, it should be soaked for several weeks before adding it to your tank - it may take months to get rid of the tannins entirely (I'm in month 4 for one of my tanks, but the color is getting lighter each week!). If you use carbon in your filter, this can help.
If you have live plants, you may want to check they type you have to be sure it is a true aquatic and that you have sufficient lighting for the type you have. "Bamboo", mondo grass, peace lily, Dracenea of any type, and others that are terrestrial plants are now being sold by pet stores for aquaria, but these will die in a few months if kept submerged. Your lighting should be around 2 watts of light per gallon, but even then, if you have a deep tank, light might not reach the lower leaves, and these will die. Plants will also yellow and die if they don't receive enough in the way of micronutrients, such as iron.
If the problem is single-celled algae, as long as you don't have plants, you can keep the tank lights off - the algae needs light for photosynthesis, and without it, they'll die.

My canines had comparable warning signs a speedy on an analogous time as in the past. finally end up being a advance on the bowel yet I have been given her desexed on an analogous time and the upward thrust replaced into in a powerful place to get rid of. The canines replaced into merely fortunate and me too fee sensible. They did do an ultrasound and that's how I knew it replaced right into a dismal advance interior. My vet is powerful; they did not can charge for the ultrasound. regardless of the shown fact that it rather is amazingly intense while a number of those issues take place; reliable success.

Please try doing 20% water changes weekly until it is like it used to be. The coloring could be caused by a million different things, but without getting technical, the partial changes will do the trick. Good luck!

lots of times when your water color changes yellow its because you either need to replace or add activated charcoal to your filtration system. if you havent changed it for a while, do so asap as activated charcoal can only absorb so much before it is neutralized.
