To keep the things crammed into their pockets from falling out! True!!! Too many guy friends. Asked several & that's it. It's easier & keeps crap in pockets.

In 35 years, I can never remember putting trousers on both legs at the same time. Even taking them off, I do this one leg at a time.

I don't. Not even if I'm sitting.
The only time I do is with Shorts (Like I have a choice) and sports trousers (like track suit or cycling leggings).
So the answer is - They Don't.

Only young kids do that. As they get older they stand up and put one leg at a time into the pants. Just like a girl or woman does.

Not me, I sometimes do that but generally I put one leg in and then the other one

Thanks. I just tried to do that. I fell into my portable TV knocking it off the broken 25 inch television. The portable TV hit the dog and he ran into the street causing a accident with one of the cars driving through my house hitting me and setting my house on fire. I ran out of the house and was arrested for indecent exposure because I never did get my pants on.

Because walking around with one leg in your pants and the other leg outside of your pants just looks goofy.
