I really do not understand this question but I think I know what you're asking. If you use a steamer the wall paper will come off much easier. The hardware store should also have wall paper stripper or something of that sort.

It may be that when you removed the wall paper , the top of the dry wall came off with it. You may have to coat it with a type of sealer before you cover it again. Ask at a paint or wall paper store.

Get a spray bottle, put warm water and add fabric softener, spray on wall and the rest of the wall paper should come off. This is also good with removing any type of glue residue left, leaving you nice clean walls.

Paint over it and don`t worry. I just go thru painting over my kitchen and dining room with the brown paper beneath.I just gave up on the scrapping and all the chemicals to remove it. Looks great and no problems yet, Good Luck.

that's achieveable which you're eliminating the paper face of the drywall alongside with the wallpaper and that the gypsum itself is spongy from moisture injury. if so then there is not any good thank you to patch it and you may tear out the drywall and replace it.

Spray it with WINDEX window cleaner. Let it sit for a few minutes, it will scrape off real easy with a putty knife.
