I would get a watermelon, warm it up in the oven, cut a hole in one side of it and fill it with powdered sugar and water, then I cut a hole in the other side and stick a vibrator in it, makes the whole thing shake real nice, then I just go to town, I mean I really teach it a lesson. Some times I like to punch it as hard as I can.
