Maybe you can but no layer will take on that case. There is no money to be made on it. The plaintiffs are not only dead but are all foreigners too. It would be a logistical nightmare. Plus they did not promise anything anyways. They say that God promises so, they promise base on that somebody else promises. They themselves don't promise anything. On that basis alone the case would crumble. Also, suing and winning against the bible would create a bad precedence. If that case wins then all the fictional writings of the world would also have the chance of being sued. That means, no more star trek, scifi channel or any television of any type.

What are you talking about suing the authors of the Bible for false advertising? Everything that happened in the Bible was true. They have proof that Evolution isn't true. Charles Darwin even realized his theory was incorrect and switched to Christianity!
I feel sorry for people like you :( God loves everyone, even nonbelievers. But if I were you I'd get involved in church and give Christianity a chance. That's all I have to say. Believe in the Bible.

I'm fairly certain the authors of the Bible passed on in the same century as Jesus did.
But hey! If you run into any of them, I would love to bend an ear!
However I suppose you could seek to sue modern publishers?

In a way you should be able too. But in a way you can't because our world is filled with the vast majority believing in God and Jesus and what not. So the Atheist and Agnostic people aren't really thought of to much because of our religion. I happen to beileve that people like that are brave and smart because if there is a Hell, they aren't afraid of it.
