Well the party is over and what a blast it was...From the beginning to end there was nothing but smiles, hugs, and so much love all in one room..I wore fancy comfortable slipper like shoes to match my gown color gold. Why do women who know they cant wear heals dance in them knowing how ridiculous they look??? Some guest could barely walk and when on the dance floor they were having a real hard time dancing.Why not be comfortable like i was all night in my soft sole small wedge slipper shoes? My feet hurt but not as bad as those wearing 5 inch heals. What would you wear on your feet if you knew you would be dancing fo 5 straight hours???

Well if I must say I would most likely wear slipper shoes like you, but if this wasn't to be a formal or dressy kind of party i would probably wear flip flops. Only because I am addicted to them, and because i know that they really are one of the most comfy shoes around. Well I hope this helps you out, and remember shoes should not stop you from having a good time out!!!!!!!!!

Ladies used to always take dancing slippers to big dances and would take their heels off and slip into them when going to the dance floor.

no i wouldn't only a fool would do that even for a person who is use to wearing heals all day long could not dance in them for 5 straight hours. if so they need to tell me what prescription they are on.
