I'm 11 and I want to have some nice pecs and abs for when I'm 12, 13, 14 etc.

you gotta work out
do rupture your growth plates though
i wound do pushups for about 6 months, increasing as much as you can each day
then hit a gym and start bench pressing etc.

get some protein/creatine to see results quiker

Do Push-ups: diamond, army and large. If you are going to paintings your chest, you would as good paintings the whole thing else too. You do not desire to create an imbalance. You would as good do committed workout routines for all of those muscle tissues. Don't forget legs and again. Lunges, squats and calf increases can get you began on legs. I developed mine at age 14...after about 6 months of working on the weights. Bench press, shoulder press and pull downs. Keep at it....they'll develop.
