Is refilling a water bottle with water from a bathroom sink worse than refilling it from a kitchen tap

The only thing that needs to be clean is the place where the water comes out, the end of the faucet. In both cases, nothing physical really touches them. It is possible that splashing can cause contaminated water particles to come in contact with the end of the faucet. This is true in the kitchen or the bathroom. So I don't think one is any worse than the other.

no... as long as the bottle and your sink are clean. I use a sterilized funnel to fill my bottles in my kitchen sink.
