Is Hugo Chavez a threat or a laughable clown?

For me he may be becoming a tyrant. I understand his opposition toward USA, is quite common in Latin America. However I find him more a big mouth clown, than a scary character. He talks too much, and seems more in creating a "scary image", than being a threat. All image only. What do you think?

I would say that unless you are Venezuelan (living, working, voting in Venezuela), you should worry about your own buffoon president and less about someone else's.
