I've been an A's fan most of my life and Scutaro is the type of guy you want on your team. Maybe he is not a superstar talent but his guy can play ss, 2nd, and 3rd at a pretty high level. To have a guy like that on your bench will help you, it has Oakland for the last 5 years, plus the guy is money when the game is on the line. Sorry to see him go. I doubt the Jays gave up anyone good, I just think Scutaro wanted a chance to play more.

Scutaro will make no real difference...I am unsure of the rookie pitchers but it could end up to be a bad deal

Maybe, but we will have to wait and see, I don't think they will be on the team next year, but they might be seen in a couple of years. Expect for the Blue Jays, soem reason I was thinking they giot the minor league players, but it seems to me that the A's got nothing in return.

yes.
he is versitile and they needed someone to play when glaus gets hurt... because it will happen.
They have a hole @ ss but i do think highly of Ray Olmedo... he is a great guy for the clubhouse and he can play good too. I thought the Jays would be starting a youth infield this season with Lind/Adams , Olmedo, and Thigpen... maybe not anymore huh?
this trade helps both teams because you know Billy Beane never gets hosed.

No. The Blue Jays will always be 3rd best in the AL East. Roy Holliday is lights out, but even he can't carry that team. And who in their right mind would want to play in Toronto of all places?
