I do. He damaged himself too much while playing the "Maverick". His buddying up with the President on the failed immigration bill was the final nail in his political coffin. I never really liked him much. I think he got as far as he did because of his Viet Nam hero status (and God Bless Him for that!).

You don't explain why...as for one poster saying he's too old the same was said of Ronald Reagan...
And no one can win the White House without substantial support from Hispanics so if you are thinking Thompson or Romney you better concede to Hillary and don't bother going through the electoral process.
Bush wan with more than 30% support from Hispanics and do you remember how close it was?

Absolutely not, McCain is a great candidate. He is a war Vet with POW experience. Also in a nation divided along political lines, he is what the we need most; a great compromiser. I don't think its fair to call a man weak when he believes in the very thing that helped shape the US government. Compromise helped make the US strong and will continue to do so if done correctly. I feel McCain is quit possibly that man. However i do not exclude the other candidates. Rudy, Mike, and Mitt seem to also have great qualities.

If "all of us" is easily-known with Obama is going to win, then somebody forgot to tell me. All i've got been informed is that the polls are close adequate that it would desire to flow the two way, even though McCain seems to have a reasonable lead.

I do. I respect his military service to America. But he is too old. Any person singing, "bomb bomb bomb, bomb Iran" and thinks it's funny is senile. Plus with a McCain Presidency, you can bet our troops will be in Iraq at least for another 5 years at troops above 100,000.
