This sounds like a hormonal imbalace, and you need to contact a doctor or an endocrinologist as soon aspossible.

you don't say how old you are, but this sounds irregular for normal puberty...you need to get to a doc and get tested. You may have an internal overdose of the wrong gender hormones, or an endocrine problem.
