most hardware stores, like Sears, maybe truevalve, Home Depot??

You can purchase them at most hardware stores, online, Home Depot, Lowe's and a host of other places. Bear in mind, however, that one that figures out room square footage will only work on a room which is square or rectangular. Anything odd shaped you're still going to have to figure out on your own.
