the zen is nice. kinda expensive, but then again it does alot.
most reviews don't have anything negative to say, except that the interface pad "feels" cheap.....

Since I do not have either, I cannot say with confidence that one is better than the other. However, I own a Creative Zen Vision M and it serves me very well. It is very user friendly and does not have any strings attached (i.e. iTunes).
Keep in mind that my Zen came out a couple years ago and it still works like it should and iPod has still not won me over no matter how many flashy, useless bells, whistles, and fillers they add.

Well its depend if u the money is a matter for u so go to the cheaper if huge storage is needed for data ,songs and movies u can go for 80gb take my suggestion and wait for a while ipod will go down prices and more capacity will be in market this is world is going with ,why dont u go to the old golden days and stick to gram ;)
