California..no humidity..within a few hours you can go from the mountains and snow to the ocean and sun..today in the Santa Clara Valley, 40 miles south of San Francisco, the sun is out and it is warm enough that jackets are not required, even saw a top down convertible this morning..

Florida. I have lived in both Florida and California before.
If you are looking at a vacation, then Florida is the way.
It is much more relaxed than California, and there's always parties going on.
I strongly recommend you visit Orlando, Datoya Beach, and Maimi.
