I always did. You could wash your nipples if you're worried about the lotion or something..

I'm not sure if tanning would affect breast milk. However, if you are putting something into your child's body, you probably don't want to take any chances. Also, tanning is really bad for you.

Yeah, it wont effect anything in your milk. Its only when you're pregnant because of the heat and untested extra UV rays.

Yes, it won't harm your milk supply. However, it does cause skin cancer, so why take the risk?
