i imagine the whole voting gadget ought to easily be (ideally) eradicated or a minimum of made over. Askers must be required to opt for his or her own perfect solutions. Failing to achieve this can result interior the shortcoming of issues. Repeated failure to opt for perfect answer ought to bring about caution, suspension, and then cancellation of that human being's account. i imagine that this can help decrease down on the kind of meaningless "garbage" questions that get requested right here. that's the kind of slap interior the face to kind a properly-concept-out and (with any success) efficient answer, in difficulty-free words to later locate that the question has lengthy gone to voting. commonly, the asker never comments on the solutions or bothers to thank each person who replied ... did that human being even study the responses? Did he/she extremely choose the solutions? Or did I in basic terms waste my time by ability of answering? voting appears to be like used often as a way for individuals to cheat, factor-recreation, and (regardless of the actual undeniable reality that it really is criminal) vote themselves BA. quite commonly, the BA chosen isn't the perfect answer to the question that changed into requested. A separate class for questions in tiebreaker status might want to be a good idea if the voting gadget is saved, yet i'd like to easily see the voting gadget eradicated.

Yeah, but only when more than 5 people vote. So many questions only one or two people vote.

As a matter of fact... YES!!!
I like to vote off the YEAR-OLD ties on this site, and it gives me a special satisfaction to know I plinked off yet another abandoned question and finally resolved it...
Better late than never I always say......

It seems like most of the questions I vote on, people tend to choose the first one, whether it's really the best or not. I'm new to all this, so idk, maybe that's the point?
I would enjoy it if my choice wins, but only sometimes do I choose the first response.
