Blackpool - no, Kendal, but I do have some wonderful memories of Blackpool and the music in the Tower Ballroom.

I used to live in a transit boarding house at 4 Balmoral Road, which is directly opposite the Pleasure Beach. The building is now owned by the Pleasure Beach management. I went to Stanley Road school.
