How do you like my solution to the "immigration problem?"?

Instead of paying INS goons to break down doors in the night,

Instead of tearing innocent children from their mother's arms,

Instead of letting crops rot because their aren't enough Americans who are physically fit enough to harvest the food they consume in such great quantities,

Instead of allowing agriculture to be outsourced to Mexico, thereby losing control of the food supply (one of the qualities of U.S. life that made this nation great, at one time),

Instead,

Let's give Texas, which we stole from Mexico after the Mexican government gave a group a ranchers a generous land grant,

Texas, the environment of which has been already been ruined by you-know-who,

Texas, bounded on the southwest by Big Bend National park,a half-million-square-mile Ellis Island for illegals despite the misdirected efforts of the useless Border Patrol,

Let's give Texas back to Mexico and let the Mexicans go live there!

Before we do anything drastic, let's try to enforce the laws already on the books. It may be that's all it would take and if not, then we need to elect men (and women) to office that are capable of taking a good common sense approach to the problem, enact new laws and insist on them being enforced. The immigration issue is not being taken seriously by our current government but 75% of the public think it should be. I'm sure you do too regardless of your "solution".

I suggest that you read a history book. You will find that Texas was not stolen, but rather that its inhabitants rebelled against their government and formed a new republic, which later joined the United States.

What crops are rotting? My family owns several hundred farms across the nation, and I have yet to hear of such problems hiring Americans to do the job.

The illegals will do little more then change our culture and live off of our money. If they cannot enter the country legally, learn our language, and accept our culture, then they should be shot the second that they step on American soil.

Texas belongs to Mexico and should be given back to that country. Now although not taken from Mexico, originally Texas was apart of Mexico and it still should be.

I am against many independence movements. Like what did Eritrea gain from fighting Ethiopia? Nothing but the right to be independent. I think Eritrea would be better of with Ethiopia as well as Vietnam and France and East Timor and Indonesia. I'd sooner not be independent, then be poor.

Mexico should have FULL control of Texas IMO.

I think the actual citizens of Texas might have something to say about your "brilliant plan." We didn't "steal" Texas, it won it's independence from Mexico...(remember the Alamo? Oh wait, that doesn't fit into your "america is always wrong" theory) If the Mexicans are really that hung up on Texas, then the should come get some.....Oh and what we should do about all the illegals....build a fence, man the border, fine anyone who employs them and then maybe they'll get the idea they're not wanted....

First, i'd make advantageous there have been adequate legal visas obtainable to fulfill the needs of our financial equipment. 2nd, i does not enable all people it extremely is here or has ever been here illegally practice for them. there are hundreds of people in many international locations waiting to return here legally that we don't would desire to reward criminals already here illegally. third, i'd preserve the boarder. Fourth, i'd placed very harsh outcomes on agencies that hire illegals yet with the recent visa software this would not be a controversy. finally, i'd around up and deport all those here illegally. How some ask. one by one yet with demanding rules against employers and no jobs my wager is countless them would merely go away on their own.

The only reason they have kids is because they don't want to be deported. And most of the children are born to unmarried women. That costs taxpayers billions of dollars yearly and it increases crime since most unwanted children don't grow up to be productive individuals.

Solutions:
1) Deportations (Democrats and the ACLU are against it)
2) Fine employers (Democrats voted against a new law that would heavily fine employers. Republicans voted for it.)
3) Have strong border enforcement. (Democrats have voted against almost every law that would increase border security.)

Democrats are the problem. They see illegal immigrants as a massive pool of new Democrat voters.
