The one where I needed to go to the loo it seemed like the longest bus journey of my entire life though in reality it was only 4 miles in total and lasting just 20 minutes. lol
My dad would have answered by saying Slough to Winscales Distington Cumbria during WWII where he had to drive through the night without the use of headlights...blackout conditions...must have been 300 miles or so of sheer nightmare (Not called Winscales then though).

Thought Edinburgh to Inverness was bad!!! Tho on te way back even though I had paid for 2 seats I was wedged between the window and a rather shall I say it Fat man, he was sitting with his arms crossed like a red indian all the way from Inverness to Perth roughly about 2 and a half hours!!!!!

That's one hell of a bus journey. Best I can do is a trip in 1969, from Leeds to South Wales (Swansea) on a clipper bus. Went to see my grandma, who lived in Mumbles.
