it sounds like they are growing. if you get a comfortable, tight stretchy tank top and wear that at night it should help them feel better and you will be more comfortable while you are sleeping. most women also get really tender when they are close to their period. sometimes a heating pad turned on low or a hot shower or bath can make your breasts feel less sore.

This is very common during the beginning of breast development. It can be very painful! I'm not sure why exactly it happens.. probably just because of all the new tissue being made.. but trust me when I say it will get better with time! Most adult women still have some tenderness at certain points during their cycle, and during pregnancy. For now, just be sure you're wearing the most comfortable bras possible, to cut down on any extra pain. Good luck!

It's a common thing in females with large breasts if you sleep with no bra. Your breasts need support almost constantly, and if you sleep on your side they will droop at night. Wear a soft bra with no underwire if you have to.

That they are growing. When you sleep with a bra, it holds back from growing. When they are without a bra, a grow.
So unless you have big breasts or you like their size (sleep with a bra). But, if you want them to grow, your better off sleeping without a bra.

dont wear the bra, it may hurt now but you're restricting their growth and that is not a good thing just try. when your breasts are growing, they are supposed to be a bit sore, thats just natural.

It is just you developing. Do not worry about them. If you are concerned, please talk to your mother, older sister or doctor.
