I saw Double decker bus racing somewhere in the midlands back in the 70s. It was on a short stock car/speedway track and not very interesting.
According to a very early edition of the Telegraph Colour supplement (196x) there was a tram racing circuit somewhere on Merseyside. Described in an April edition!
