If so, then you most likely have a serious Smitfraud infection and a free removal tool called SmitFraudFix with the removal procedure is here:

More infomation and another free removal tool called RogueFix can be found here:

Most "All-Purpose" malware apps such as AVG, Norton, Spybot etc unfortunatly can not remove or even detect this vile pest called Smitfraud.
Good luck.

Sounds like you are already infected with some malware and if you download their program and insstall it you will have even more.
The best solution is to have a good security suite installed on your computer that includes antivirus, firewall, antispyware, etc.. and is from a reliable vendor like a mcafee, norton, etc.. and that you have properly configured and keep completely up to date.
If you believe you have this software installed then most likely it is not up to date.. and you should force a manual update of the program, confirm it is completely installed, and close out of any programs and perform a complete system scan.
If you believe you do not have reliable software (which your infection is a good sign of) then I recommend you invest in some asap.
You can perform a web based scan from http://housecall65.trendmicro.com to confirm this theory.
Good Luck

Hello, these pop-ups are fake! They try to scam you into downloading their software which will ruin your computer some way or another. Never trust anything a pop-up says. These pop-ups might happen on sites you might trust but this happens because some people tamper with flash-ads and they look harmless to the company but when a person goes onto their site that "scam pop-up might appear" without even the owner knowing. Don't trust the web, be safe!
Best regards from the CEO of GlobalPcHelp. Be sure to check out our website if you have serious troubles at www.globalpchelp.net
Thank you and Good Luck!
