Yahoo! Answers has a question and answer format, so questions where you're just chatting with other users or posts which users can't answer just by seeing the question aren't really appropriate for this service. You can learn more about what Yahoo! Answers is for by reviewing our community guidelines:
http://answers.yahoo.com/info/community_...
If you'd like to connect with other users more closely than what you can do with Yahoo! Answers, you may try contacting your favorite users directly, creating a Yahoo! Group where you can create your own format and games, or using a Yahoo! 360 page.
For some types of games where you'd like to compete in a way such as creating the best Yahoo! Avatar, Yahoo! also has a service called Bix. Here's an example of one contest created where users can add entries and vote for the cutest cat: http://bix.yahoo.com/contest/10514
Of course, if you ever have any questions better suited for sharing knowledge within a question and answer format, that's exactly what Yahoo! Answers is here for. ;-)
Hope this helps!

because of fact of actuality is a interest and not a question. i do no longer agree the two, and picture of avi video games would desire to be allowed. I actual have been given a violation for asking "what did you have for dinner?" that's a valid question, yet Yahoo considers it as "chat". Ah properly.

Yahoo Police treats them as "Trivial", which I don't understand. If people enjoy them they should be allowed to continue.
