Yahoo! Answers has a question and answer format, so questions where you're just chatting with other users or posts which users can't answer just by seeing the question aren't really appropriate for this service. If you'd like to connect with other users more closely than what you can do with Yahoo! Answers, you may try contacting your favorite users directly, creating a Yahoo! Group where you can create your own format and games, or using a Yahoo! 360 page.
For some types of games where you'd like to compete in a way such as creating the best Yahoo! Avatar, Yahoo! also has a service called Bix. Here's an example of one contest created where users can add entries and vote for the cutest cat: http://bix.yahoo.com/contest/10514
Of course, if you ever have any questions better suited for sharing knowledge within a question and answer format, that's exactly what Yahoo! Answers is here for. ;-)
