The colts lost 2 outta the last 3, and today they squeezed out the win in only the last four seconds (the QB sneak at 2:00 was a pretty gutsy call). Why are the colts underperforming so much? And dont say its because Harrison isn't playing; if the colts are a one-man team thats pretty sad.

Because much as I admire Manning he is showing his inexperience at dealing with what Tom Brady has had to over the years. Manning is not used to not having his star receivers out for so much of the season and he has no chemistry with his backups. Yes he does with Wayne but that is about it. On defense, they just can't generate a pass rush without Freeney in there. They better get it together or they might lose the division.

Colts are my team and it's like everyone is saying it's not just Harrison. This is not an excuse but shows how it effects their play. In the college season when the PAC-10 teams USC (my team) and Cal lost I thought it was pathetic but now it shows how much it can affect a game. It then happened to Oregon and Oklahoma. All four of these teams lost when their starting QB did not play or had to leave early in the game. Like I said, not an excuse but obviously a very big effect on team performance when a main player leaves and lowers some of that intimidation that you had on your opponent.
Harrison and Gonzalez are now out so the defense really just has to concentrate on Reggie and Dallas. This lets Peyton throw to other receivers but come on.
I don't think we were able to see how much the defense has been affected yet because the chiefs don't have that much of an offense. If anyone out there feels different, then that means that the Colts defense has not been affected cause they held the Chiefs to 10 points today.
That's ok. All they need are wins- doesn't matter how while everyone gets healthy. Hopefully in time for the postseason. That's all that matters and you can tell that the Colts team knows this.

And to think the Refs have been practically handing the Colts the games with they way they've been calling penalties the last 3 weeks.

Geezus, I'm beginning to think the Colts are literally paying off the Refs.

Forget Spy-Gate, time to look into Pay-Gate!

The Colts are not a one man team. There is no such thing. But they have injuries all over the place. Take a look.

You just mention Harrison as hurt? Theres Gonzalez, Freeney, Rob Morris, and O-line are injured also. There fortunate to win without them.

I thought Harrison was back this week...They're just not as good as everyone wants to think...Peyton is average without his star receivers, unlike Tom Brady

BIG SURPRISE...

I would have never expected that team to fall that fast, due to injuries, but I guess they all happened pretty fast....Maybe some time and they will be back.....

Manning just looks lost....

They have a lot of ppl hurt. The offensive line is hurt, the defense is hurt, and Manning doesn't have the weapons he usually has.

They have multiple injuries, not just Harrison. They won, even if it was a close one. They will be fine.
