God hates adultery. Why would God tell a man to sin against him... if you're such a strong believer you'd be *familiar* with His word.
Next time your husband tries to feed you that crap. You should forgive then divorce as God allows us the choice of "getting out of the marriage" when adultery has taken place. But forgive yes... always forgive. This way your heart and soul can have peace and you can enjoy your precious gift of life (that God has given to you) to the absolute fullest!!
Best Luck in the future and God Bless.
I will pray for you and your husband.

Ok seriously I have to laugh my A** off on this one. Your husband claims that God told him to cheat? WOW... I cant believe your husband would use God as an excuse to cheat. How dare he claim God told him to do such a thing. God see marriage as sacred ! You and your husband to a vow and oath infront of God for that matter !
Your husband is an idiot ! Needless to say honey your not too far behind him for believing the crap that came out of his mouth. I do have admit that you are a strong woman for forgiving but sweetie you have got to open your eyes and see whats really infront of you.
You ought to draw up some divorce papers, put everything in your name, take him for everything he's got and when you deliver the divorce papers tell him that God told you to do it. He's a moron and you need to put a boot up his a**.

Cheating on you was not God's decision, that was your husband's lack of respect for you. God can not control man's actions because if he did, the world would be very different. If you choose to believe your husbands excuses for cheating on you, then you deserve the consequences. If you get some sort of std from his activities, you have no one to blame but yourself for allowing him to do that to you.

Actually, biblically speaking, the only reason two people can get a divorce is because of fornication. If he is cheating on you, this is definitely fornication.
I can give you scripture if you like.
You may have to forgive him, but the bible does not state that you have to stay with him.

So you could be justified in putting a bullet between his eyes, if God told you to? Lots of people have had that logic over the years. Crazy People, that is.
