I think I am a good cook. I prefer making the sweet things like cakes and gateaux though! My daughter loves cooking too and makes the Yorkshire puddings all on her own (she is 8). Much better than shop bought things.

Not at all. I try to avoid kitchens if at all possible....but maybe the part that I really hate is not the cooking itself, but doing the dishes afterwards.

I made beef casserole today.
Hubby - made his own tea
Daughter - said that smells really ace
Son - said OMG whats that awful smell
Other son and his mate - ate quite a bit of it.
So I dont know really!
But usually I am not, i can make a nice piece of toast but thats about it

it depends on what i'm cooking. i made some pretty good mac & cheese awhile ago. i'm going to be making it again for thanksgiving.
