I am trying to get a divorce. I am going through legal aid. Neother my Ex or My self have legal custody of my children. He has made threats to take my kids and disapear with them. Legal Aid told me to have no contact with him until I have custody and then only if I felt safe. (he can be violent) My children have some problems due to abuse and viewing his abuse but since not being around them they are doing better. He has emailed me saying that he will pay for the divorce but he wants unsupervised visitation. I am pregnant by my fiance. (I've been seperated for 2 years) Somehow the EX found out and is trying to use it against me to get what he wants in the divorce.
I don't know if I should just stall the divorce until after I have the baby(not what I want) and then he has no cards. Just stick to Legal aid and file and hope they don't find out or give in to the crazy so and so and keep my kids counsilers on the alert.

In advance thank you all for your help.

Don't assume that a person is ignorant because their life is troubled. Everyone has problems at times. You are no better, don't think that you are!

I think you should go ahead with the divorce no matter what. You always want to close a chapter in your life before you open another one. Also, you can go on yahoo answers politics & government and then law & ethics and there is alot of lawyers on that site that gives free advice on what to do. I really hope this helps you and try not to stress so much it's not so good for the little one you are caring. Good luck!

I could propose a miniature shnauzer. They are first-rate defend puppies and so they weigh approximately 10-15lbs. They don't shed in any respect, until you sweep them you could get a few hairs within the brush. They do bark or growl at loud noises like the following door friends throwing out the trash however, now not customarily. You do must brush them every day considering the fact that their fur will get tangled without problems however that may be constant should you dont permit their leg's hair develop out to lengthy. If you hold it lovely quick and shave the highest of the frame approximately 2x a 12 months it wont get tangled so convenient and you'll be able to brush it manner much less. They dont odor unhealthy in any respect even after an extended stroll or being external. You would possibly best must shower it a couple of instances a 12 months. Or extra should you like. They love being round different puppies considering the fact that they get lonley convenient. They do love to bite however they very so much opt for bite sticks like rawhides than some thing else. These matters hold them occupied for hours! Overall they're first-rate puppies and lovely low maitnence. They are probably the most smartest breeds and study fairly quick. They are also very dependable and reply for your each want. They are real an potent puppy that I desire you're in a position to revel in! Good Luck and Happy Holidays!

Follow what legal aid says. You need to let them know of your situation with having another baby. He can't hold it against you if you have been separated for that long. You only have to prove that you are separated and you should be fine. I would let everyone that has contact with your children know what is going on. You need to contact their schools and file a no pick up order with them. If he tries to pick them up he can't and they will call you. You also should file a VPO against him until the divorce is final.
