How can I argue that Andrew Jackson did NOT overstep constitutional boundaries during the time of his Presidency? Any books/primary/secondary sources would be incredible!!!

I'm not quite sure on what subject you're talking about.
I think he vetoed a lot of bills during his presidency. (also the first president to start vetoing them)
Well, you can say he didn't overstep it by saying that the Constitution gave the president power to veto a bill and that Andrew Jackson was just exercising his veto power.

He directly disobeyed an order of the Supreme Court, the only President to show open contmept for the SC. The Cherokee Nation sued the federal government for redress of grievances, to wit the illegal seizure of their land by greedy Southerners. Chief Justice John Marshall and the SC found in their favor. "Very well, let him enforce it," Jackson said.This was a serious breach of the Constitution, and a violation of his inagural oath. He should have been impeached.
