My hubby and i cant agree on boys name. We want something unique but not strange. We dont want the typical common Michael, Stephen type names. Last name is Kelly.

I like Dean and Clark. They aren't strange, but very uncommon! Dean was ranked #385 and Clark was #696 out of all babies born in the U.S. last year.

Michael was #2, Stephen was #165, and Steven was #90.

Last year's top 30:
1 Jacob
2 Michael
3 Joshua
4 Ethan
5 Matthew
6 Daniel
7 Christopher
8 Andrew
9 Anthony
10 William
11 Joseph
12 Alexander
13 David

26 Dylan

Looking at the suggestions so far - pleadse, if you love this child, stick with "typical common". People know if it's b /g, can spell it, pronounce it ... and the way people are going with this "unique" thing, you'll have the only kid in the whole school with a normal name. How different will that be?

What about ... Toby? Paul? Peter? David? Aaron? Thomas? Jonathan? Christopher?

Jayden- Yeah this is a bit common, but it is sort of unique. I like this name; sounds very masculine.

Braiden- Similar to Jayden, I like this name a lot.

Jacoby- Okay, I know this is gonna get some bad feedback. (Pronouced Ja-co-bee) Everybody will say: Why don't you just use Jacob??? But I love this name. It's definitely unique, and I really love it. Jacoby Kelly flows together nicely too :)

Bryan- I really love this name. Masculine and spelling it with a y adds a modern touch to a traditional name.

Adrian- I love this name. It's very masculine and strong, and it's just really nice. Adrian Kelly works very well!!

Nathaniel- This is a very great name. Not common at all, and you could call him Nat, which is so cute!!

Other names I love: Aidan, Ryan, Aaron, Tyler

Gratz on the baby boy and good luck on finding the perfect name!!!
