Crossing Jordan, Charmed, NYPD Blue, and Third Watch, for the recent ones.
Dating further back: Night Court, Quantum Leap, Dukes of Hazzard, The Incredible Hulk, The Invisible Man, Home Improvement, and more.

"Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" I think NBC made a big mistake by taking that show off the air. The writing was sharp, the actors were some of the greatest talent on television and it can from the same people who brought us "The West Wing." It's too bad that networks don't pay attention to the people who actually watch television.

For recent (the last decade): Magnificent Seven, Firefly, Adventure, Inc. for starters. I seem to gravatate toward shows that don't last more than 20-30 episodes, ever since the '60s.
