If i go to armstrong, don't they teach the same thing as at scad? is all that money worth it??

Most schools are good and have great curriculums, however, I prefer private colleges because they tend to have smaller class sizes and a lot less distractions.

Moneywise, it's expensive. But well worth it.
But you can apply for student grants and loans.

I would go to the private college. So much of community or junior college is taught by teachers who are not necessarily experts in the subject. Many do not have bachelor's degrees, most do not have a master's degree or a Phd.
Many of the night classes are taught by high school teachers looking for an extra buck. Often transcripts do not transfer to another school because of the "high school" level of the class performed.
Juco is cheaper, but you have already been through high school.
