Because the bald racists are the ones who think that all you have to do to show you love your country is to get drunk and attack foreigners.
Some of us think that working hard, paying our taxes and treating people with respect, while still following our national teams is a far more effective way of displaying patriotism.
I spotted that "Engerlund" is how it tends to be sung!!

If that's the case, why do eastern European nations have such a racist attitude to black players from foreign national teams? Look at the England games against Slovakia and Serbia (Under 21s) as a case in point.
Wasn't it Spanish fans who made monkey noises to all of the black English lads a couple of years ago?
Isn't it Italy which is in the grip of a crazy epidemic of neo-fascist hooliganism at the moment?
Wasn't it Turkish fans who stabbed two Leeds United fans to death in 2000?
Isn't England the home of the Kick Racism Out campaign?
Numbnut England fans are no worse than the knuckledraggers in any other European country, thank YOU very much!!

there are group of racist people everywhere,if one English person was racist to you in the past it doesn't mean the whole country is. yes England had it problem with hooliganism, but so have many country and racism problem too. it will be unfair to judge all blade English fans as racist or any negative view.

To generalise one country as racist is incorrect, every country has supporters who are racist, it's a sad fact, that people choose sport as a weapon to use against others instead of using it to bring nations together, share cultures and generally applaud good play, when did sportsmanship disappear from sport and from the supporters?

well why are all the Scots fans kilt wearing gingers?
or the french fans, garlic baguette eating Lotharios
or the Italians, lambretta riding, pasta loving mafia members
i could go on but i think you get the point, you cant judge a country by a minority its called generalising and tends to be wrong, and often offencive.

I am someone from Macau and I lived in the UK for 7 years. Though I am not eactly English, I do view myself as English on the inside.
The problem is not for English football fans alone, it is the whole population. I do find it true that English people are generally very racist especially for the younger generations. Combining this with the traditional English die-hard spirit for supporting their country, it kind of emphasize it and making it look worse than it really is.

Have you actually seen all the England fans there are? I doubt it, I'm an England fan and I am not bald and certainly not racist. (Not that there is anything wrong with being bald anyway!)
The actual question should be, why are England fans so disliked when the majority of us have never done anything wrong, merely showed support for a group of sportsmen.

The favourite pastime of the Scots; perpetuating the myth that all English football fans are skinheaded thugs. this rascist slur is more frequently heard when used as a means of covering up the anxiety and bitterness of Scottish football supporters towards their more gracious near neighbours.
