I don't know anything about you to hardly know what to say.
But, you have worth just like everybody else; therefore you should love yourself. You have something that is good inside you that you should share with others. Love was put in you by God and you need to let it grow in good ways to others in good ways. Find what you're looking for. Find happiness.

You can start to learn to love yourself by respecting yourself and taking note of how you treat others. Learn to take care of yourself, health wise and be optimistic and positive.

Sit down with apiece of paper..
Write down what you think your good points are....
Then write down your bad points
Look at the bad points and see what you can change..
Look at the things you cannot change, and compare them to your good points...
Learning to love ones self is a matter of seeing your selfworth....

I'm still trying, I had it down once, I thought. I think the secret is not to let anyone become part of your life who makes it harder for you to love yourself.
