Although they are all very cute, and have tons of nicknames avaliable, they are all very common and popular, but I would rather like something a bit more modern.
But if I had to choose one, I would pick Catherine. But I wouldn't choose that spelling. Catherine seems a bit old-fashioned, and I perfer it spelt Kathryn, because it seems more modern that way. It looks prettier too :)
Stephanie would be my second choice. It's cute and pretty, and classy as well.
I like all of your names, but I would opt for something a bit different.

Umm I would go with Samantha, Catherine, and Stephanie. But I will mostly go with Catherine just in a different spelling, with a K.

Catherine, nicknamed Cate or Trinny.
Stephanie and Patricia seem dated. Samantha has some appeal, and I'd put it second. I'm just not wild about the nickname Sammi.

Samantha sounds girly, and has a lot of nicknames, I like it!
Catherine is cute, and also has a lot of nicknames
Stephanie sounds tom-boyish, and is OK
Patricia sounds girly, and Has not many, but cute nicknames
