It's a movie formula. They use sex or sexually suggestive imagery to keep the viewers attention. Next time you watch a movie, be sure to keep a close eye on the screen at around 15 minutes in. Movies that follow a particular formula place some sort of a sexually suggestive display at that moment in a movie. Not all movies do it, only ones that follow this particular formula. One good example: American Beauty.

In horror movies there is always a love scene because if you notice one of the "LOVERS" is always hurt or killed. It makes the story more dramatic!!

Ugh, I don't know. It's so stupid. Most of the time, the scenes are about the same. They're having sex and suddenly they hear a noise. The girl stops and goes...
*gasp* "What was that?"....then the guy goes...
"Oh, it was nothing. Keep going."
Then, they end up getting killed. lol.

Because in horror movies the "bad guy" can't take a virgin. Virgins are pure.

because then they die.It was suppose to scare teens into not having premarital sex. have sex and your going to die.Corny I know but that's why they do it or why they started doing now its just part of the horror movie plot they can't escape from.
