It depends on the age mostly.

If she is old enough that she thinks she is an adult (and can pull it off) then you would be better off having her apply for emancipation (freedom from her parents) which you then grant no-contest.

Other than that it really comes down to having her jailed, or declared mentally dangerous.

There is a thing where parents can voluntarily give up babies by dropping them off at a hospital ER room but I think there is an age limit on that. :)

I would talk to your county-level social services or human services department. They usually handle things like this.
